We provide bookkeeping, payroll, and financial-reporting services. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide tax preparation, legal, or investment advice. We keep your books tax-ready and coordinate with — or refer you to — a licensed CPA for tax matters.
Specific services, deliverables, and fees are governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and Comprehensive Bookkeeping USA. In the event of any conflict, that agreement controls over these general terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and access needed for us to perform our services. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying records you provide and for your own business decisions.
Fees are described in your engagement agreement and are due as specified there. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services.
We perform our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, savings, or result.
We treat your information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services or your use of this website is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The content, design, and branding on this website are owned by Comprehensive Bookkeeping USA and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks Online and ADP). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies.
